Shipping policy

Shipping Timeframe: All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Destinations: We ship to all locations within the Australia, United States and to other selected international destinations.

Delivery: All packages will be delivered through a reliable courier service and require a signature upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages: In the case of a lost or damaged package, Neubody will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and either replace the package or issue a refund.
